Save and share

Feedback

After creating a map, you can click the "Save" and "Share" buttons on the top right to share the map, and you can also set the permissions of the created map. The sharing scopes include private, public, designated department, designated groups, and designated users, while the sharing permissions include searchable, viewable, and editable.

Once you have set permissions, you can copy the link to share the map, scan the QR code to share it with your WeChat Moments, share it to QQ zone and Sina Weibo (administrators need to add the corresponding controls) or integrate it into your web application by copying the iFrame code. You can also view your map on the 'My Maps' page and change the share settings of the map. For more information, please see: Sharing map.

In addition, MapStudio provides a 'Save As' function to save a copy of the map. Click on the drop-down button to the right of 'Save', select 'Save As', enter the title, tags, and description, then confirm. You can see the saved map in Resource Center.

Note: The number of maps you can save is unlimited by default. If your administrator has set a quota, the page will display your quota usage with a progress bar. When the number of created maps reaches the quota limit, you won't be able to create any longer. At this time, you can contact your administrator to increase the quota, or delete some maps to free up quota space.
