A group is a user collection composed of multiple users. Through the group, the resources of the members in the group can be aggregated and shared, to realize the collaborative sharing of resources in the group and improve the internal work efficiency of the organization.

Groups are created by group creators, and any user with iPortal group creation permission can create groups. Group operations mainly include: creating a group, joining a group, using a group, etc.

As a group creator, you can also manage your groups, such as setting the basic information of a group, dismissing a group, etc.; as well as managing group resources and members, such as reviewing the users who apply to join the group, removing resources and users from a group.
