In DataViz, you can export the source data of the layer, save the map and share it with others in the portal resource center, and you can also use the print function to print your map online.

Save and share maps

After the map setting is completed, you can click the "Save" and "Share" buttons in the lower left corner to publish and share the created map. You can set the permissions for the map. The supported sharing ranges are: private, public, designated department, designated group and designated user can be retrieved, viewed or edited, and support for cross-department sharing. If the map contains data/service resources that are inconsistent with the sharing method of the map, you can choose to update the sharing permissions of these resources when the map is shared, so as to facilitate the normal browsing of the map after sharing.

After completing the permission setting, you can share by copying the link address of the map, support scanning the QR code to share to WeChat Moments, support sharing to Qzone and Sina Weibo, support copying iFrame code to integrate into your web application. You can also view the completed map on the "My Map" page and modify the sharing settings of the map. For details, please refer to:Share map.

In addition, DataViz also provides a "Save as" function, you can save a copy of the map. Click the drop-down button on the right side of "Save", select "Save as", enter the new map title, label and description information, after confirming, you can see the saved map on the map list page.

Note: The number of maps you can save is unlimited by default. If your administrator has set a quota, the page will display your quota usage with a progress bar. When the number of created maps reaches the quota limit, you won't be able to create any longer. At this time, you can contact your administrator to increase the quota, or delete some maps to free up quota space.

 

Export data

DataViz WebApp supports the export of all the features in the added vector layer (including the feature layer added by the uploaded file, iServer REST data service, and the marker layer) as JSON/GeoJSON format files. You can also quickly export the point features in the added vector layer as a CSV file.

Print map

In iPortal, DataViz WebApp helps you quickly print and download high-resolution maps through the web printing service in SuperMap iServer. The Web Printing function provides a variety of conventional layout templates, supports the addition of various layout elements such as legends, scales, and drawings, and also supports setting the output format and output precision of the map. You can set it according to business needs and print out the compliant Results. Before use, the administrator needs to complete the Web Printing configuration on the Management > Site Configuration > Support Services page.

The printing configuration will be described in detail below:

  1. Basic info: Select a layout template, which supports horizontal and vertical layouts of A2, A3, and A4. Specify basic document information such as title, subtitle, copyright information, and author
  2. Little map: Set the scale and center point of the map. You can also click button to automatically fill in the current scale and center point of the map.
  3. Scales: Set the scale display text and style of the map. The scale text item is filled with the scale information of the current map by default. You can also modify it according to your business needs. You can also select the display style, number of segments and unit of the scale.
  4. Output setting: Set the output format and output accuracy. Both PDF and PNG output formats are supported. The default output accuracy is 96 dpi. You can also modify it yourself (no more than 400 dpi).

After completing the above settings, click the "Print" button at the bottom of the page to start printing. After the printing is completed, the printing result will be automatically downloaded to the local.

 

Note: Currently, the layers supported by the Web Printing service include: vector layer, marker layer, Tianditu, WMS, WMTS, iServer REST map service, Unique value map, Range map, Rank symbol map, and other types of layers do not support printing.
