Using Relay Service

Feedback

SuperMap iEdge supports the convenience of service forwarding by setting up relay services. After setting up the GIS server address in the relay service, iEdge can map all GIS services on the server to local. The GIS server address supported by the relay service can be a list of services for iPortal, iServer, or other iEdge servers.

The basic process of setting up and using relay services:

Configure to enable relay service

Log in the Service Manager, and then go to Service, Relay Service, and then on the Relay Service Configuration page, make the following settings:

  1. Check "Enable relay service";
  2. Check whether the local service is preferentially accessed. If the local service has a service with the same name as service in the relay service list, the local service is used first.
  3. Click the "Add Remote Service" button, add the address of the GIS server in the dialog box, such as: http: // <server>: <ip> / iserver / services, if you need the relay the service has permission restrictions, that is not "Publicly accessible", then you also need to enter the token which has access permission, please refer toGet theToken
  4. Click the "Save" button to make the above settings take effect.

You can click the "Add Remote Service" button to add other GIS servers, you can also add a number of GIS servers to sort, for the same name service, will give priority to the use of top-ranked GIS server services.

Access relay services

To access the iEdge home page, click on the "service list", you can see that the service list in addition to the local release services, as well as from other remote GIS server services, that is relayed remote GIS services. You can access these services directly by clicking on the service link.

If you turn on "Priority access to local services", only local services are displayed for local and remote services, or only remote services are displayed for the same name service.
